At the vanguard of our latest line-up of the best value-for-money urban property investments, Centro Residences certainly delivers. Developed by little-known(by those in the know) Wee Community Developers Inc., it presents comfortable urban living at a much more affordable price than those by bigger developers. As I have observed, WeeComm has invested mostly into making very good residential
communities than marketing or advertisement. They haven't joined in the bandwagon of celebrity endorsements, tv and print commercials and have opted to let their product do the talking. And talk quality it did.

WeeComm Track Record

As for track record, WeeComm has already completed the Baron Residences 1, 2 and 3, located at the San Juan and Mandaluyong areas. They've so far managed to complete these buildings ahead of projected time. So they got my vote of confidence.

Location

Centro Residences is located within throwing distance of the Cubao Commercial area in Quezon City, home of the Gateway Commercial Complex and the Smart Araneta Coliseum. It is also a short ride away to the Robinsons Magnolia Mall. Transportation wise, Centro is walking distance to two major rail lines, the MRT(along Edsa) and LRT-2 (Marcos Hi-Way to Recto-U-Belt). This location, in my opinion offers the best compromise for families who have parent/s working in Ortigas or Makati, and kids studying in the University Belt, as both are easily accessible by the train lines and main roads. So in short, this is a winner of an investment, either for rentals, or self-use. It is also located on high ground, so floods are not an issue in the area.

Amenities

For amenities, Centro Residences has the following: Swimming Pools, Verandas, Garden Patios, Function Rooms, and a Sky Lounge. It will be Ready For Occupancy (RFO) by the 2nd Quarter of 2015.

Layout

Centro Residences has a "square" layout as this offers a better living environment, not like the rectangular "shoe-box" layout popular with almost all other developers.

Availability
