Hello Everyone!

Kicked-off late last year(2013) by 588 Residences, we're now more concentrated on promoting smaller developers. This is to support their efforts to provide good value residential and commercial units that are comparable and oftentimes better than their bigger counterparts.

Smaller development companies owners are usually "in-touch" with their market resulting in better deals for end customers. In my experience working with bigger developers, there are usually a lot bureaucracy to go through to get client's concerns addressed. With the smaller ones, we can usually work things out faster due to the fewer "gatekeepers".

Of course, we also scrutinize the projects made by these smaller developers. As conscientious sellers, we feel that we owe it to our clients to give them the best possible quality residence for their money. We have already inspected some of these projects and those promoted in these pages are those that have made us confident to represent. In short, we wont be selling you anything that we won't consider buying for ourselves.

So, to start of 2014, we will be including developments done by Wee Community Developers, Inc. or “Wee
Comm”, a Philippine Real Estate Development Company founded in 2008. It is a development company composed of young and idealistic developers who still believe that project development should not be dictated by profit but by client satisfaction.

Yep, I took the last line from their corporate profile. Hahaha. Objectively, after meeting with their officers, they are really a decent bunch who're doing and practicing good business. I'm confident in representing these guys.

So I'll be featuring Wee Comm and their newest developments, Centro Residences and Centro Towers, both are strategically located in the Cubao area near EDSA. We hope you add these as one of your prospective Philippine property investments this 2014.
